A spin class drops to deep, energising light and synced sound; a treatment room softens to a warm hush. In the sauna, temperature sensors hold the heat exactly where it should be — no dials, no guessing. Each space recalls its own scene at a tap — or follows the booking schedule on its own — so the mood is always right for what's happening in it.
